Day 1Arrive in Livingstone

Touch down in the adventure hub of Livingstone, Zambia - gateway to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This vibrant town sits on the edge of the mighty Zambezi River. Dive into expedition life, assign team roles and meet the ground team. Grab a SIM card for the team phone and get to grips with the local currency, the Zambian Kwacha. Then grab some rest after your flight - the real adventure is just beginning. From thundering Victoria Falls to wild savannahs and rich cultural heritage.Whether you’re chasing waterfalls or meeting the local community, you’re about to explore one of Africa’s most awe-inspiring regions.
Days 2-5Conservation Initiative
The Savannah
Wake up to your first morning in Africa and set out into the wild. Over the next few days, you’ll be immersed in a remote wildlife reserve on the edge of Zambia’s bushveld. This vast savannah is home to herds of buffalo, zebras, and antelope, as well as the critically endangered white rhino, all thriving within a carefully protected ecosystem. Once hunted to extinction in Zambia, white rhinos were successfully reintroduced in the early 2000s - an extraordinary conservation success story. Your hosts are at the heart of this effort, working tirelessly to safeguard rhinos and other species through conservation and breeding programmes, education initiatives, and hands-on habitat management. On arrival, you’ll receive a comprehensive safety briefing before heading out on an orientation drive to spot wildlife and get to know the landscape. During your stay, you’ll join ranger patrols, gain insight into vital conservation work, and assist with daily tasks that support the reserve. Evenings are for stories around the campfire. Reflect on your experiences as you journey back to Livingstone.
Days 6-10Batoka Gorge Trek

Prepare for an unforgettable journey into Batoka Gorge. After gathering essential supplies, settle into camp for your first night beneath open skies. This is your chance to slow down, connect with your group and prepare for the journey ahead. Get ready to tackle Batoka Gorge. This dramatic abyss is more than 120km long, with 400ft vertical walls. Each day brings a new challenge as you hike through indigenous bush and along the Zambezi River, navigating rocky terrain and dramatic landscapes. Evenings are spent camping in remote locations, where there are no distractions - just the sounds of the river and star-filled skies above. Along the way, climb out of the gorge to follow bush paths lined with ancient baobab trees and visit local villages. Spend time with the community, learn about daily life and gain insight into the culture of the region. The trek concludes back at base camp, where simple comforts await. You’ll leave with tired legs, a strong sense of achievement and memories shaped by teamwork, resilience and the raw beauty of the gorge.
Days 11-12Victoria Falls

Journey back to Livingstone. Settle in, rest up and refresh after days in the wild. The afternoon is yours to relax, catch up on laundry and ease back into comfort. Tomorrow, embark on a guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Take in breathtaking views, learn about the landscape and history, and marvel at the sheer power of the falls. Later, slow the pace with a gentle river excursion on the Zambezi. Enjoy a relaxed picnic, surrounded by scenic views and abundant birdlife - the perfect way to unwind after your adventure.
Day 13Experience the City
Livingstone
After the thrill of Victoria Falls, spend your final day soaking up the culture and charm of Livingstone. Dive into local history at the Livingstone Museum, stroll through bustling markets for last-minute souvenirs, or relax with the group at a local café. This is also a great chance to reflect on everything you’ve accomplished. In the evening, gather your team for a celebratory dinner, the perfect way to mark the end of your journey. Whether you’re unwinding or exploring, today offers a well-deserved balance of downtime and discovery before you head home with unforgettable memories.
Day 14Travel Home From Livingstone

After the best two weeks of your life, it’s time to travel home. Cram everything into your backpack and head to the airport. Check in, sit back and let it all sink in. You’ve just experienced something incredible. Zambia has opened your eyes and challenged you more than you ever imagined.
