Project Independence
Independent trips for those brave enough to take the road less travelled with a group of like-minded friends.
The project independence team is made up of students from all over the country excited to take the adventure of a lifetime. Running independently of school, you’ll get all the benefits of the training, support and safety of a World Challenge experience with a ready-made team of like-minded young travellers who you’ll get to know in the build up to the trip ahead. Each year, we hand select a list of the very best destinations and have (limited) spots available for those brave young souls ready to take up the challenge. All that’s left to do is choose your destination, sign up and put the dates in your diary.
Your school trip to Croatia awaits
Crystal clear waters, emerald forests and karst peaks – Croatia is made for outdoor adventure. Sitting on the fringe of Southeast Europe, it’s also a place of ancient architecture and delicious fish stews.
Down on the Adriatic coastline, you could be paddling past cliffs to untouched islands and kicking back on sparkling beaches. Head inland and there are mountains to climb, caves to explore and wild rivers to raft down. You’ll be sharing this wilderness with deer, bears and golden eagles. Get ready to stretch yourself, work as a team, and see your life skills soar.
